Our Experience

Wildlife and Pest Experts in the Finger Lakes

Wildlife Resolutions was founded in Ithaca in 2014 by John Hatfield, a wildlife biologist with more than twenty years in the field. He built a team that brings wildlife control, pest control and building repairs together, so one company can handle the whole problem.

Today we are a nine-person company. Our seven field technicians are dual certified in wildlife and pest control, and most of them have been with us for five years or more.

How We Work

Our Values

Careful diagnosis, clear communication and lasting prevention guide every job.

Exclusion First

We solve the cause, not the symptom. Sealing the building comes first, so the problem does not return.

Science-Led Decisions

We identify the species, understand its behavior and choose an approach suited to the structure.

Humane Wildlife Solutions

One-way exits and careful removal let animals leave without unnecessary harm.

Clear Communication

We explain what we found, what we recommend and why, with a quote built not to be exceeded.

Respect for Your Home

Clean, careful work and repairs that fit the structure, inside and out.

Accountable Service

The technician who did the work handles the warranty visits personally.

Our Promise

What You Can Expect From Us

Every job starts with a full assessment. We explain what we find, what work we recommend and what it is intended to achieve, before any work begins.

Our Story

Built on Field Experience

Our work starts with understanding how an animal or pest is using a building. Removing the immediate problem is only part of the job. We also assess access points, repair needs and the conditions that could bring it back, then fix them.

That approach has made us the team people call for the complex jobs: high and hard-to-reach structures, colonies that keep returning and properties where wildlife and insects overlap. Our technicians are certified to rappel, so height is rarely a barrier.

Wildlife Resolutions Inc.

Wildlife removal, pest control, exclusion and repairs from one experienced local team.

What Makes Us Different?

Wildlife and pest problems often overlap. Because our field technicians are dual certified, one person can evaluate the full situation and recommend a coordinated response.

Our work includes structural exclusion, wildlife damage repair and sanitation, including dead animal removal from attics and crawl spaces. We also run a dermestid lab for skull and bone cleaning.
