Bat Removal and Exclusion

Bats are our most requested call. We assess the entire structure, seal every entry point and install one-way exits so the colony leaves on its own and cannot return.

Bat Removal

New York's Bat Exclusion Specialists

Bats roost in attics, wall voids and gaps along rooflines, often entering through openings smaller than you would expect. Removing a colony is only half the job; the building has to be sealed so they cannot come back.

We assess the whole structure, from the foundation to the ridge, and find every active and potential entry point. One-way exits let the bats leave on their own. Once they are out, we seal the openings and confirm the work.

Timing matters. During the summer maternity season, young bats cannot yet fly, so exclusion has to be planned carefully. We will explain the right timing for your property.

Common Questions

How Do You Get Rid of Bats?

1

Why are bats in my attic?

Attics and wall voids offer warm, sheltered space for roosting and raising young. Bats get in through small gaps along rooflines, vents and trim.

2

Can bats be trapped and moved?

Exclusion is the right approach. One-way exits let bats leave on their own, and sealing the building keeps them from returning.

3

When can bats be excluded?

Exclusion has to avoid the period when young bats cannot fly. We plan the timing so the whole colony can leave safely.

4

What about the droppings left behind?

We can clean up the guano once the bats are out, so the space is safe to use again.
